Update

Good morning everyone. I know that I have not posted in about a month. My computer time has been largely taken up by a new addiction on a social network called Face Book. I need help in curbing this addiction. It isn't all about the people that I have connected with either. It is the games that are too much to tear myself away from. The farms are fabulous and I love farkle! The reality is that nobody seems to miss my blog. I think that the only person that reads it is my husband and he knows most of what is going from being there. I suppose that it is more for me anyway. I have found a Christmas craft to do that needs most of my spare attention. So my computer time will diminish drastically. I decided that most of my time can be better spent here updating everyone (one) on the happenings of the household.

Korina is doing well in school. She is flying through Math. She is reading The Magic Tree House series for reading. The girl can finish a book in an hour. We usually split it up between 2 days. For her Bible we have allowed her to join our church's JBQ team. Their first match was Saturday. They did pretty well. She is on the B team. So it is a littler less difficult as their "practice" year. We now have another set of questions to begin studying. I hope she soaks up these questions as fast as she did the last set.

Nadia is definitely a 3 year old. We are in the midst of tears over everything. It is sometimes difficult but she is learning to use her words instead of cries or screams. It is a journey every child must go through. It is great practice of the fruits gentleness, kindness and patience. Wait, is patience a fruit? Oh well.
She is such a funny child. She makes us laugh every day with things that she says. She is a very bright child and is doing well with school too. She doesn't have much control over a pencil but that will come with time. She will be better next year. We are debating on sending her to Preschool - the same one that Korina went to. If the same teacher is there it will be something to consider.

Makara is a lively 10 month old. She is walking very well and will try to run if you "chase" her but it is mainly fast walking until she falls down. She is saying uh-oh but we are not sure if she says it or is just babbling. A week ago from Sunday she began nodding her head for yes. Only she tries to do it while walking so it knocks her off balance and she falls. It is cute. She will be 11 months old in 4 days and 1 year in about a month. I cannot believe that she is almost 1. The year has gone by so quickly.

That is all for now. I have to get ready for school.
Hope all is well with everyone! HA!!!
